The food, service, and atmosphere were great! I heard mixed reviews prior to coming about the food being good or not. My boyfriend and I went for our anniversary and both thoroughly enjoyed our meals and appetizer. Our waiter Jonathan was the best! Obviously the setting is so unique and unlike anywhere else. Definitely take the time to look around and all the little details and decor around the restaurant. The garlic butter was awesome! If you’re debating on coming here, it is a must try at least once. I would recommend making reservations if you plan to go as it tends to get busy.

A Charming and Memorable Dining Experience The Old Spaghetti Factory in downtown Toronto is such a gem! From the moment you walk in, you’re transported to a beautifully nostalgic space filled with vintage charm — the antique decor, stained glass, and even a dining streetcar make the atmosphere truly special. The service was friendly and attentive, and the food was exactly what I was hoping for: comforting, flavorful, and generously portioned. I loved the fact that each meal comes as a full three-course experience — salad or soup, a delicious main (the spaghetti with meatballs is a classic!), and spumoni ice cream to finish it off. It’s an amazing value, especially for the downtown area. Perfect for families, date nights, or just a cozy dinner with friends. I’ll definitely be back — it’s the kind of place that makes you feel right at home. Highly recommend if you’re looking for great food in a unique setting!

First time dining here. The atmosphere is amazing. So lively!! Dylan was our server and he was excellent. I do wish some other servers had helped him out when his section got slammed and he was running a bit behind. But once a couple of other staff lent a hand, Dylan was back on top of his game! Great dinner, tasty food, large portions. Going home absolutely stuffed.

Great experience at this Italian restaurant! The decor is super fun and playful, with a cheerful vibe that makes the place really unique. The food was absolutely delicious! fresh, flavorful, and beautifully served. Huge shoutout to Joshua, our server, who was fantastic: friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome. Can’t wait to come back!

I recently visited a charming spaghetti place and had a delightful experience. I tried the vegetarian spaghetti and the ravioli, both of which were fantastic. Each dish came with a choice of soup or bread, and I have to say, the bread was amazing—fresh, warm, and perfectly baked. The service was exceptional; the staff was friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. We were served by megan. She was amazing. The ambiance of the restaurant added to the experience, with its ancient and colorful decor that created a warm and inviting atmosphere. To top it all off, we enjoyed some spumoni ice cream for dessert, which was a perfect ending to a lovely meal. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for delicious Italian food in a cozy setting.

Very busy on Saturday dinner time. People were out to Blue Jays game and celebrating first communion. The dining staff are tired from being overloaded but provide basic service. The waitress checks on our table often but obviously not with the most joyful mood due stress. I could not book a reservation ahead since they know its a popular place and accept walk in only. If i had to wait longer than 15 minutes to get a table then i probably would come another day. We were lucky we arrived at 5pm before it got busier. I love the warm bread with garlic butter at this restaurant.

Highly recommend!! Enjoyed an incredible lunch here. The service is quick and friendly, and the restaurant is kept in pristine condition. There are many excellent dishes to choose from. A highlight of coming here for me is always the free, unlimited bread you get brought as an appetizer before the meal. I also LOVE the Italian dressing, it's my favourite anywhere. And then you get free icecream and tea/coffee for dessert! It's an all-around amazing dining experience, in a very accessible part of the city.
